Where Your Dream Home Awaits

"I would like to thank Ken for his guidance and successful selling of my family member’s house. As I was not a resident of London, was therefore handling the sale from two+ hours away, and the need to sell had come upon us unexpectedly, Ken was still able to gently offer suggestions that aided in presenting the house, and brought the sale to a timely, good end.Thank you very much, Ken!"

"
In the current “buyers market” Ken represented us on both sides.Ken always stayed calm and steady, which made a huge difference for us as my wife and I do not like dealing in real estate.
What stood out most was his experience and genuine care; we never felt like just another transaction on a spreadsheet. He treated our investment like it was his own and navigated the chaos so we didn’t have to. Buying and selling is usually a nightmare, but Ken made it feel manageable—and dare I say, almost enjoyable. If you want a knowledgeable, trustworthy agent who actually has a soul, Ken is your man.

"We’ve worked with Ken for several years now both selling and buying two
homes. His experience, knowledge of London and connections within the
real estate community along with his friendliness and professionalism is
the reason we’ve used him multiple times. It’s always a pleasure working
with him and we highly recommend his services.

"We hired Ken to be our agent a few months ago, just before COVID-19 began. He came to our house and answered our many questions about how best to sell our home. He went over other houses that had sold in the neighbourhood and gave us all the necessary information for us to be able to decide on a list price. A week later, COVID-19 happened. Ken was extremely patient and supportive while we waited to see what would happen with the market and with things in general. He took the time to write us emails to let us know what was happening in the market. When we felt that it was time, we emailed Ken and he immediately came back to make a plan. He walked around the home and let us know of any last minute things we could update to make our house even better (Weeding the front sidewalk, hanging some flowers). He didn’t waste any time. Within a few days, a sign was on our front lawn and an ad was up on his Facebook, saying “Coming soon!” People were driving by (or stopping in) to ask about the coming house. It was incredible. By the end of that week, the house was up officially. Ken worked very hard to schedule many, many appointments in only three days. We left town during the sale and Ken was a superstar. He went above and beyond to do whatever was needed to make sure everything was perfect for the potential buyers. He was kind, professional, amazing. By the end of the three days, we had multiple offers and the house was sold, above asking price. We are so happy to have met Ken and now call him our friend. So, would we suggest Ken to be your agent? Yes, yes, yes!

"“Ken Forbes is an outstanding agent to have working on your behalf. From the moment of our first discussions, to the sale of my residence about 6 weeks later, Ken worked tirelessly on my behalf! He assisted with providing substantial information on market conditions, sale and listing information in the area, and helped us set an aggressive but reasonable sales target for our home. Once listed, Ken was relentless in his efforts to sell the house. Three Open Houses over two weekends, availability at all hours to interface with other interested brokers, diligent at keeping me informed of seemingly every interest and query, he was there at every turn! Never providing direction, but always there with sound advice and a ready ear. Nine fast days after listing, my house sold. But Ken was not done yet. Given my absence for vacation(s) over this time, he also checked on the security of the house, coordinated matters with the buyer, dealt with me via email and text, interfaced with the lawyers and went above and beyond to support his client – me! I can’t speak highly enough of the service from Ken and would recommend his service to anyone….you won’t find better.”
