"We hired Ken to be our agent a few months ago, just before COVID-19 began. He came to our house and answered our many questions about how best to sell our home. He went over other houses that had sold in the neighbourhood and gave us all the necessary information for us to be able to decide on a list price. A week later, COVID-19 happened. Ken was extremely patient and supportive while we waited to see what would happen with the market and with things in general. He took the time to write us emails to let us know what was happening in the market. When we felt that it was time, we emailed Ken and he immediately came back to make a plan. He walked around the home and let us know of any last minute things we could update to make our house even better (Weeding the front sidewalk, hanging some flowers). He didn’t waste any time. Within a few days, a sign was on our front lawn and an ad was up on his Facebook, saying “Coming soon!” People were driving by (or stopping in) to ask about the coming house. It was incredible. By the end of that week, the house was up officially. Ken worked very hard to schedule many, many appointments in only three days. We left town during the sale and Ken was a superstar. He went above and beyond to do whatever was needed to make sure everything was perfect for the potential buyers. He was kind, professional, amazing. By the end of the three days, we had multiple offers and the house was sold, above asking price. We are so happy to have met Ken and now call him our friend.
